With over 40,000 participants from India and all around the globe, Mumbai Marathon provides an outstanding platform for NGOs to raise awareness and funds for multiple causes. VIDYA was again a proud participant in the 9th edition of Standard Chartered Marathon held on 15th of January 2012. The all girl contingent representing VIDYA at the Marathon set the tone for ‘Year of the Girl Child’ at VIDYA Mumbai.

ICICI Prudential and BACI ran for VIDYA by fielding corporate challenge teams for second year in a row. Air India, Capita, Delloitte , HDFC and other corporate partners also supported us in our cause to Educate – Empower – Transform the less privileged.
